STEP 1

Schedule and attend a property showing.

Provide all required documentation:

  • Valid ID

  • Proof of income (minimum 2.5× monthly rent)

  • Current landlord information

  • Confirmation of no prior evictions or unpaid rent history

STEP 3

If approved, sign a one-year lease agreement and provide:

  • Security deposit

  • First month's rent

Transfer all applicable utility services into your name.

Once utilities are confirmed, you and our team will meet at the property for:

  • Move-in access

  • Initial move-in inspection
